Miss Teen Rapid City -- Must live or attend school within Rapid City or a 60-mile radius.
A contestant must be 13 to 17 years of age and NOT yet a high school senior to participate. A
contestant must be born a female and have never been married. A contestant must be of
good moral character and never been pregnant and is not now pregnant. A contestant must
be in good health and can participate fully and without limitation in any program activities
and must not use or consume any illegal substances or abuse the use of alcohol or other
dangerous substances.
Little Miss Rapid City -- Must live or attend school within Rapid City or a 60-mile radius. A
contestant must be 8-12 years of age to participate.
